• In my youth I took part in various local plays when I was also involved in radio programmes such as Sêr y Siroedd, when young talent from the Welsh counties were competing against each other.  It was also during that time I appeared on the Brian Michie talent show for TWW.

World of Variety, 1970s
  • Appeared as a speciality act throughout South Wales’ halls during the 50s, 60s & 70s when I won numerous awards at talent competitions against top entertainers.

  • Took one of the main parts in the film the Ancient Kingdom in 1969, that was directed by the late John Ormond

  • Won the Whitaker Drama Trophy at the Blackpool Opera House in 1981

  • Entertained in the Welsh evening concerts at Blackpool and Brighton during the Labour Party Conferences 

  • Appeared as guest artist with the South Wales Miners' Choir at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall in 1984 and various other theatrical venues through Britain during  1984-1985 in support of the Miners’ Strike

  • Awarded the Speciality Act of the Year  by the South Wales’ Variety Branch at the Swansea Dockers’ Club in 1985

  • Appeared in HTV's The Snow Spider, BBC Cymru's Pobol y Cwm and several other television programmes 

  • Presented my one man show in Riddles Court at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival During 1985 : Wales, The Whole Year Through the Eyes of Dylan Thomas.  This production has also been presented at theatres throughout Wales during the pursuing years, which included Swansea’s Patti Pavilion and Theatre y Werin, Aberystwyth

  • My lecture on The Undiscovered World of Dylan Thomas has been presented in venues such as Plas Tan y Bwlch in North Wales, the Dylan Thomas’ Centre, Swansea University, Bournemouth, Dublin, Cork, Waterford, Barbados, Florida and West Georgia University 

  • Wrote and appeared in the play Dylan Now performed by the Milkwood Players at Laugharne’s Memorial Hall

  • Organised and participated in the celebration of the Mari Lwyd – an old Welsh folk custom

  • Cefnfab appears regularly as a guest artist at the Hippodrome Theatre, Llys Tregarth, 137 Lake Road West, Roath Park, Cardiff
